Ingredients:
Egg 1 pc, Milk 200g/7oz, Butter 60g/2oz, Wheat flour 100g/3.5oz, Sugar
1 tbsp and Baking powder 1 tsp
Filling:
Red bean fillin, Sweet Potato filling and Walnut
Sweet Potato Filling:
200g Sweet potato, 20g Allulose (or sugar), 20g Room temperature
unsalted butter, 2 pinches of salt and 3-5 Tbsp Milk (depending on
sweet potato moisture level)
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg. Add milk and melted butter to the
beaten egg. Mix well.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and
salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry
ingredients. Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
Some small lumps are okay.
4. Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.
5. Once the waffle iron is ready, lightly grease it with oil or
cooking spray. Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the preheated
waffle iron. The quantity will depend on the size of your iron.
6. Close the waffle iron and cook for about 3-6 minutes. The time may
vary based on your waffle iron's capacity and the desired level of
crispness.
7. Once the waffles are golden and crispy, carefully remove them from
the waffle iron. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like syrup,
fruit, whipped cream, or any other preferred additions.
Ingredients:
Donut dough:
300g Bread flour (can be use all-purpose flour), 54g, 1 Room
temperature egg, 45g (4.5Tbsp) Sugar, 5g (1.5tsp) Salt, 5g (0.8Tbsp)
Instant dry yeast, 140ml Warm milk and 40g Room temperature unsalted
butter
Whipped cream:
00g Heavy cream and 30g Sugar
Toppings:
Strawberry - Strawberry syrup (optional) - Sugar Powder
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the egg. Dissolve yeast in warm
milk; add to the mixture. Knead until smooth, then add butter and
knead until elastic. Let the dough rise until doubled.
2. Roll out dough and cut into donut shapes. Let the donuts rise again
for 15-20 minutes. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and
whip until stiff peaks form.
4. Slice cooled donuts horizontally, creating a pocket. Fill with
whipped cream. Top with fresh strawberries and optional syrup. Dust
with sugar powder. beverage.
Ingredients:
5 Egg yolks, 1g Salt, 50g Sugar, 90g Cake flour, 2g Baking powder, 50g
Vegetable oil, 50g Milk, 5 Egg whites and 70g Sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven at 350°F (180°C), line a baking sheet with parchment
paper.
2. Whisk yolks, salt, sugar; sift in flour and baking powder. Add oil
and milk, mix.
3. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold meringue into batter.
5. Spread batter on the baking sheet; bake for 15-18 mins.
6. Roll the warm cake with parchment paper; cool completely.
7. Unroll, add filling, and roll again.
8. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate for 30 mins.
9. Slice and enjoy your Swiss Roll Cake!
