Ingredients:
Korean Instant Ramyun, Chicken thighs 150-200g, Green onion, 30g of
Garlic, 10g Butter, 1 Egg and 1 tbsp of Korean Red pepper powder
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a pot, sauté garlic. Add chicken, cook until
browned.
2. Prepare Korean Instant Ramyun.
3. Add Korean Red pepper powder to the chicken pot.
4. Pour cooked ramyun into the pot. Crack an egg, stir until cooked.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Classic Tomato Spaghetti
Ingredients:
Spaghetti, 4-6 Tomatoes, 1 tbsp Oil, 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic, 2
tsp Red Chili Flakes, 1 Finely Chopped Onion, Finely Chopped
Capsicum,• Finely Chopped Carrot, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red Chili
Powder, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Mixed Herbs Seasoning,
Basil Leaves, Sugar, Tomato Ketchup (Optional) and Fresh Cream/Fresh
Cheese
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Score a small 'X' on the bottom of
each tomato. Plunge them into boiling water for a minute, then
transfer to a bowl of ice water. Peel off the skin, chop, and set
aside.
2. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti
according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 3.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté for
a minute. 4. Add chopped onion, capsicum, and carrot. Sauté
until they soften. 5. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook
until they break down and form a sauce-like consistency. 6.
Season with salt, red chili powder, black pepper, mixed herbs
seasoning, and torn basil leaves. Add a pinch of sugar to balance the
acidity. 7. If desired, add a spoonful of tomato ketchup for
added sweetness and depth.
8. Finish with a swirl of fresh cream or crumbled fresh cheese for a
creamy richness.
9. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce. Allow them to blend and
absorb the flavors for a minute or two over low heat.
Adjust the spice levels and seasoning according to your taste and
enjoy!
