Ingredients:
Pizza dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp instant
yeast, 3 tbsp dry milk powder, 2 tbsp cooking oil and 1 cup lukewarm
water (or as required)
Chicken topping:
250g boneless chicken, cooked and shredded, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 &
1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp mustard paste, 1 tsp
cumin powder, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp cooking oil,
Salt to taste and Pizza sauce
Instructions:
Pizza dough:
1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt,
instant yeast, and dry milk powder.
2. Add the cooking oil to the dry ingredients.
3. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the mixture until a soft
dough is formed.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and
let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in
size.
5. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead it on a floured
surface.
6. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
Chicken topping:
1. In a pan, heat cooking oil and sauté garlic paste until it's
fragrant.
2. Add shredded chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink.
3. Add red chili powder, oregano, mustard paste, cumin powder, yogurt,
and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Stir in lemon juice and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and
the flavors are well combined.
5. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can go.
6. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a pizza pan.
7. Spread pizza sauce over the dough and add the prepared chicken
topping.
8. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and the
toppings are bubbly and slightly browned.

Pizza dough:
150g Bread flour, 3g Salt (1tsp flat), 6g Sugar (2tsp flat), 4g
Instant dry yeast (convexly 1tsp), 100ml Warm water and 10g Olive oil
(1tbsp)
Tomato sauce:
410g, 3Medium tomatoes, 1/3 Chopped onion, 1tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp
Oregano (can be omiited), 1tbsp Chopped basil (can be dried basil),
40g (4tbsp) Olive oil, 30g(3tbsp) Ketchup(can be omitted), 1-2pinches
of salt (optional), 1tsp Sugar (optional) and Black pepper
Topping:
210g Mozzarella cheese, Chopped onion, Green bell pepper, Sweet corn,
Pepperoni and Black olive
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Knead with water and olive oil
until smooth. Let it rise.
2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil,
ketchup, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
3. Roll out dough and preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
4. Place dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce,
add mozzarella, and top with desired toppings.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Cool and slice into pieces.
